You will act as bank investigator and payment processor, meaning you will work with inquiries from business partners and banks related to payment processing and already processed customer transactions, also with reconciliation anomalies that requires investigation with other departments and banks.
You will manage investigation cases in case management system and payments in payment and core banking systems, ensuring prompt and successful case resolution.
You will be working remotely with a possibility to come to the office if needed.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

- A high school degree is required, post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Administration is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the financial services or payments industry
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and be self-motivated to learn quickly
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment
