As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues. This position requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing customer cases while adhering to established Quality Assurance guidelines.
  • Determining root causes and providing resolutions for customer issues.
  • Resolving customer inquiries with minimal to moderate guidance.
  • Contributing to knowledge management systems by updating or crafting policies and procedures.
  • Working optimally in a team environment and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Analyzing information and evaluating results to resolve client problems.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university education or 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suites, various operating systems, and networking, along with a strong technical aptitude.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Advanced English verbal and written communication skills (B2+) as well as excellent listening skills.
  • Advanced Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
  • A disposition to work flexible schedules.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner; able to discuss product specifications to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and complete tasks.
