We're seeking an experienced Technical Support professional with a proven track record of supporting IT professionals in a Network environment. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction achievements, based on your past accomplishments and future goals.
This full-time position is available in our offices in Alpharetta, GA, or Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze complex problems and isolate issues with moderate to high complexity, working independently to resolve them.
- Adhere to established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior-level team members or other vendors to validate and qualify sophisticated customer issues and business impact.
- Contribute to the Citrix knowledge base through new or updated technical articles/documents, sharing your expertise and passion for issue resolution.
- Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
- Ensure all work performed meets quality standards within acceptable time schedules and customer commitments, delivering exceptional results.
- Weekend work is voluntary and considered overtime pay, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Requirements- A University Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of prior relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of supporting IT professionals in the Networking field, developing a strong practical understanding of the OSI Model and common networking protocols.
PREFERRED SKILLS- Acquired industry certification (CCNA, CCNP, Network+), demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills.
- Solid understanding of Network Security technologies (SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, IDS/IPS), ensuring secure and reliable network operations.
- Familiarity with Load Balancers (NetScaler, F5, Cisco CSS) and Network Operating Systems (IOS, CatOS, JunOS), enabling efficient network management.
- Strong grasp of Layer 4-7 load balancing and SSL acceleration, optimizing network performance and security.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus, but not required.
