Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica seeks a Sr.
Customer Success Manager to drive business growth for influential Sellers on the Amazon Store.
The Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization aims to shape the future of Seller satisfaction through strategic insights and high operational standards.
This role involves building joint business plans with Sellers, exploring opportunities for new selection, merchandising, traffic, and conversion drivers, and operational improvement.
Customer Success Managers drive Seller growth by providing customized insights, educating on relevant tools and services, and delivering a positive experience.
Key responsibilities include analyzing data and trends, leading business strategy development, and building effective working relationships with Sellers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B, with effective territory/account management skills and understanding of retail math.
A strong background in analytical tools, CRM software, and productivity tools is also essential.
