Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Customer Success Manager to join its team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth for top Sellers on the Amazon Store, working closely with the Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization to develop joint business plans and deliver strategic insights.
This role requires a deep understanding of E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B markets, as well as experience in account management and sales.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with Sellers.
A strong background in analytical tools, CRM software, and productivity tools is also essential for this role.
