Customer Success Program Lead

As a Customer Success Manager for our Time Bound Account Management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our program. Your responsibility will be to drive business growth for top Sellers on the Amazon Store, ensuring they have a positive experience with our program. To achieve this, you will need to provide strategic insights and high operational standards. You will also own a designated pool of Sellers and proactively reach out to them via emails and calls to schedule meetings and discuss growth opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth by analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and suggesting actions to maximize them
* Manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced work environment and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to multiply impact
* Deliver timely, accurate, and professional operational support to all Sellers in your portfolio within a specified SLA
Requirements:
* 2+ years professional experience in Buying, Merchandising, Planning, and/or relevant experience within Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, and/or sales experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
* Demonstrated success in identifying business opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company products
