The Sales Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating existing relationships. This individual will be responsible for managing a pipeline of leads, conducting market research, and developing strategic sales plans to meet quarterly and annual targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales opportunities through lead conversion, social selling, and networking events
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of UA's pricing, administrative procedures, and organizational structure to deliver timely client solutions
- Conduct competitor analysis and maintain knowledge of their service offerings, solutions, and pricing strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in General Business, Marketing, or Psychology
- Knowledge of CRM software, specifically Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
- Consultative selling skills with a proven track record of closing sales
- Relevant B2B telephone sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
