Key ResponsibilitiesThe Accounts Receivable Analyst plays a critical role in the Invoice to Cash process within the Business Service Center. Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and reconciling overdue accounts/invoices
- Maintaining accurate records of past due accounts and collection efforts
- Processing and sending statements
- Maintaining customer files
- Performing customer portfolio auditing functions accurately and meeting audit deadlines
- Handling customer communication for the business unit
- Following up on payment on accounts and customer deductions, resolving short pays, debit memos, and unused credits with customers
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
