Align, the makers of Invisalign is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist
** **should have experience in Credit & Debits processes, (Individual Request) by making sure all systems (SFDC-SAP) work adequate plus is likely to perform basic accounting tasks such as general ledger and payment reconciliations.
**In this role, you will**
- Prepare credit card payments reconciliation in a daily basis and provide visibility to the supervisor of payment exceptions
- Assist on collections team queries regarding credit card charges
- Prepare G/L accounts reconciliations in Blackline system in a monthly basis
- Assist to accounting supervisor on monthly reports (EPT invoices, Payments report, etc.)
**In this role, you'll need **

Typically:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Less than one year of directly related experience
- Be proficiency in English
- Accounting knowledge or proved experience on similar roles
- Basic Microsoft office knowledge
- SAP and Blackline knowledge
