Wrike is looking for a Billing Specialist with strong analytical abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills to improve organizational efficiency and help our team grow You will assist and communicate with our customers on collections, credits, and related license subscription inquiries to resolve billing and account related issues.
You will work with Legal, Finance and Support teams on structuring sales quotes and order forms for processing accurately and completely per executed contract terms.

**How You'll make an impact**:
- Process customer orders and invoices per Contract and Order Form terms.
- Investigate, substantiate and prepare customer credits or bad debt write offs.
- Pull, review and analyze data related to customer accounts, billing information and purchase contracts.
- Set up and register customer accounts with 3rd party payment portals such as Ariba.
- Assist in providing support documentations for audits.
- Collaborate with data team to ensure appropriate reporting of billing and revenue data
- Recommend and help implement improvements to our data collection and reporting methodologies in the billing system.
- Work with cross functional teams (Sales, Support, Finance and Legal) to resolve billing and ordering issues.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
**You will achieve your best if you have**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to details.
- Be able to work independently and cross functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
- Strong customer service, Excel and analytical skills.
- NetSuite and/or Salesforce experience is a plus.
