Brazil Customer Service Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and Oracle systems.
- Create and manage customer purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Perform daily hold reports and create new contacts and accounts as needed.
- Manage disputes requests and issues related to payments, taxes, and PO updates.
- Follow warranty process validation and perform password resets and licensing queries.
- Support software and hardware fulfillment, including communicating shipping dates and expedited order solutions.
- Process customer-related financial transactions, such as credit and debit memos.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
**Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited school or institution.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales support and customer service roles.
- Strong computer and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of global markets and channel partners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure and high demand.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
