**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and Oracle systems.
  • Create and manage customer purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Perform daily hold reports and create new contacts and accounts as needed.
  • Manage disputes requests and issues related to payments, taxes, and PO updates.
  • Follow warranty process validation and perform password resets and licensing queries.
  • Support software and hardware fulfillment, including communicating shipping dates and expedited order solutions.
  • Process customer-related financial transactions, such as credit and debit memos.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and solution-oriented manner.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited school or institution.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales support and customer service roles.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of global markets and channel partners.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure and high demand.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
