As a highly skilled technical support specialist at Microsoft, you will have the opportunity to build a future where customers come to us for a differentiated and connected customer experience.

We are seeking a talented individual with 3+ years of technical support experience to troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, while accelerating career growth and developing technical proficiency.

This role offers flexible work arrangements as part of the Customer Service & Support team, which builds trust and confidence for every person and organization through delivering a seamless support experience. Key responsibilities include resolving customer technical issues, participating in communities, and identifying product defects to provide feedback to senior engineers.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, and fluent English language skills. Additionally, you must be able to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $85,000 and $110,000 based on industry standards and location considerations.
