Sales and Business Development Representative

Ingram Micro is a world-leading technology distributor that helps businesses and individuals access the latest innovations in the technology space. As a Professional, Sales-Cri, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our portfolio of technical and non-technical products and services directly to customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include informing customers about new product/service introductions and prices, creating and monitoring lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline, and working with customers to develop strategies for increasing pipeline growth.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. You will also need to have a four-year college degree (or additional experience in a related field) and 7 years of functional experience, including a minimum 3 years of position-specific experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account planning, management, and QBRs with top customers and strategic customers
- Pipeline development and forecasting
- Sales process from demand generation to closing
- Collaborating with vendors and customers to develop and implement solutions that drive pipeline growth
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction in the assigned region
- Working with inside sales and business units to develop and implement strategies for covering small accounts
- Participating in marketing events to reinforce the Ingram Micro presence in the region
