Sales Operations Process Expert

Job Description
As a Sales Operations Process Expert at Servicenow, you will be responsible for becoming the Subject Matter Expert of Process and Procedures for Sales Operations. This role requires a deep understanding of CPQ/CLM systems and the ability to walk through end-to-end eligible quote scenarios. You will also be responsible for clear understanding of roles & responsibilities of SOPs as well as Sales/RAMs, and for assisting in reviewing incidents and driving resolution to production issues. Additionally, you will work with Ops and DT to identify trends in issues, translate those to future enhancements as necessary, and participate in CPQ/CLM release cycles including User Acceptance Scenario preparation and review, User Acceptance Testing, and SOPs process documentation.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales Operations in a software sales organization. You must be organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in PPT, Word, and Excel is also required, as well as experience with CRM, CPQ & CLM systems. Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in an aggressive, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
