The ideal candidate will assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing the maintenance and repair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving collaboration within the account team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with Facilities Managers to deliver maintenance and repair services.
  2. Maintain client satisfaction by delivering Facility Management services and support programs.
  3. Interface with occupants and provide 24/7 emergency call support.
  4. Support work order management and meet site Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
  5. Collaborate with the account team to drive the development and implementation of IFM best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Minimum of two years of industry experience.
  3. Excellent customer, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities.
