Financial Support Specialist with Facilities Experience

**Key Responsibilities**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and reviewing invoices from suppliers to initiate the accounting process;
- Managing invoice control and maintaining accurate records;
- Digitally archiving invoices and expenses reports;
- Verifying supplier payment terms and following up on outstanding payments;
- Supporting GSA RBLA with accounting tasks and providing administrative assistance;
- Coordinating with external suppliers to manage contracts and ensure seamless operations;
- Generating reports and performing other tasks related to facilities management through our ticket system.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- No prior experience is necessary, but students pursuing accounting, finance, or administration-related fields are encouraged to apply;
- A strong foundation in accounting, finance, or administration-related fields;
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (B2+ level);
- Familiarity with general PC and Microsoft Office applications;
- Strong multitasking, proactive, organized, good communication, leadership, teamwork, learning and adaptability, problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
