**Overview of Role**: We are looking for a skilled Financial Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Patientpop. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**: As a Financial Operations Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients regarding invoicing and payment-related issues. Your duties will include managing and maintaining accurate data information across multiple accounting and support programs, adhering to invoicing timelines, and performing daily invoicing functions within the accounting department. You will also research and fix billing errors, work closely with other staff members to obtain necessary documents, and respond to customer requests outside of regular business hours.
**Requirements and Qualifications**: To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (CEFR B2+). You should have at least 1 year of experience answering inbound phone calls and be proficient in using Salesforce, GoToConnect/NICE InContact, Confluence, and NetSuite. A professional and friendly demeanor is essential, as you will be interacting with clients who may be learning about Patientpop for the first time. Additionally, you must be able to make quick and accurate math calculations and demonstrate confident, self-motivated, and diligent behavior with strong organizational skills. Experience in a software company, healthcare, or accounts receivable is preferred. A high school diploma is required, and we are an equal opportunity employer.
