Snap Finance is seeking a dedicated Employee Experience Specialist who would become part of the CR People Operations team. This person will provide day-to-day support, performing HR related duties on a professional level, working closely with the CR People Operations manager and global people operations team. Under limited supervision, this position carries out the responsibilities in the following functional areas such as but not limited to: people processes and implementation, systems, employment law compliance, total rewards solutions, and HR projects.

- Delivers accurate and timely people operations support, to internal stakeholders like team members, managers and the People and Culture peers, ensuring adherence to HR procedures and processes.
- Support and implement people operations objectives to interpret and deliver complex team member experience, team member relations and labor relations policies, programs, and processes.
- Build and maintain key internal and external relationships, which may include business leaders, hiring managers human resource professionals, industry contacts, team members, and other representatives.
- Provides input and ideas to improve transactional, respectively process efficiencies. Assumes ownership for performance against people ops objectives for areas of responsibility.
- Responsible for keeping stakeholders engaged, get feedback and driving for continuously good team member experiences.
- Responsible for providing end-to-end resolution and complex people operations' requests or programs launch.
- Identify new people service fields and convert to standard service/process, e.g. Team member Lifecycle, Benefits operations, etc.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Assists international team members with expatriate assignments and related people operations' matters.
- Documents and transfers knowledge of recurrent cases to help increase case resolution.
- Interacts and works closely with other people operations members on issues that relate.

- Have a minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any other related field a plus.
- Fluent English level (B2+ across the board)
- Previous experience in employee experience-related market service areas such as onboarding and assimilation, process implementation, HR systems, CR labor law, employee engagement, benefits programs, and recognition programs.
- Experience anticipating issues, problem-solving and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost, and productivity.
- Demonstrated experience positively influencing and collaborating with others.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of evolving HR landscape and demonstrated capability of leading organizational change efforts. Capability to innovate and integrate HR practice around critical business issues, and align people, process, and structure to support these innovations.
- Competence in connecting people to each other and the business strategy, leveraging technology and processes where appropriate.
