Citi's Facilities Management team is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Facilities Mgmt Mgr. This individual will provide strategic leadership and operational direction for all Citigroup Corporate premises, including managing the day-to-day operational aspects of facilities, overseeing the implementation of energy conservation initiatives, and coordinating the overall sustainability program.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for line management of outsourced staff engaged in buildings operations management, as well as providing ad-hoc reports to Citi Realty Services local and regional management. Additionally, they will have overall profit and loss responsibility for property assets under management, manage expense control and analysis, and develop and administer comprehensive expense reduction programs.
The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of relevant experience, knowledge of local regulations and building controls authorities policies/procedures, and comprehensive knowledge and expertise in building systems. Advanced English skills are required, as is good working knowledge of practical Health and Safety within the built environment.
