Role Overview
The FP&A Operations Manager will be responsible for generating and publishing scorecards for top Citi Executives and Senior Managers on a monthly basis. The role involves collaborating with technology groups, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and creating Tableau dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with technology groups for initiatives to generate efficiency, build strong control frameworks, and simplify manual processes
- Identifying and executing opportunities to enhance data/analytical capability and drive efficiency of reporting processes
- Reviewing processes and suggesting/implementing improvements/changes to existing processes
- Performing UAT on various developments and preparing complete documentation on UAT scripts and records
- Creating Tableau dashboards and re-engineering existing ones
Requirements
- Knowledge/experience in planning operations, managing excellent communication, and project management strategies
- Good analytical acumen with 5-8 years prior work experience in program/project management, risk & controls areas, and digital projects
- Good financial analysis and management reporting background with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience in Banking
- Hands-on experience in data transformation and visualization tools (Tableau, KNIME, Power BI)
