We are seeking a skilled WFM Manager to lead and manage a team of Real Time Analysts & Workforce Analysts across sites and regions. As an analytical leader, you will be responsible for creating the optimal capacity plan/strategy for the business by managing trade-offs between customer experience/service levels, employee experience, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Lead and manage a team of analysts to develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with business objectives.
  • Create capacity plans that balance customer experience, employee experience, and cost efficiency.
  • Analyze historical data and forecast demand to ensure proper staffing needs.
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations and build excellent communication with internal customers at a global level.
  • Mitigate capacity risks by managing dependencies across multiple operating units and markets.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to optimize staffing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • 2+ years' experience in Workforce management or a related field.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, including statistical programming skills using R or Python.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Processes and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of analysts.
