The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high degree of technical aptitude, and the ability to manage large projects with minimal guidance.

We are looking for someone who can troubleshoot difficult IT problems without SOPs, collaborate with internal teams or vendors to execute projects, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

The role involves providing both in-person and remote support to internal customers for a variety of IT-related software and hardware issues, loaner, replacement, and asset return requests, reimaging or repair of unique hardware, and flexible staffing to handle on-site leadership escalations.

A strong understanding of Microsoft, Linux, and network systems administration, as well as experience with Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification, is essential for this position. The ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage high-priority projects are also required.
