Pfizer Latam Regional Process Controls Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
The Meetings, External Engagements, & Travel (MEET) Process Controls Manager is responsible for the implementation of MEET processes and for overseeing adherence to processes and policies within LATAM.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions within LATAM are managed to the highest compliance standards and there is proper training and documentation to support controls. The Process Manager role will oversee compliance checks for exceptions in their area of responsibility and work through any transaction issues or escalations.
This role will work closely with the Process Integration and Controls Lead, Process & Quality Analysts, MEET regional operations teams, other MEET Centers of Excellence, Corporate Compliance, Legal, Audit, Finance and business leadership as needed. The position will lead all regionally assigned pre-audit qualifiers and compile materials for audits.
This role will be based in LATAM and report directly to the Global Process Integration and Controls Lead. The Process Controls Manager is responsible for implementing compliant processes within LATAM for all MEET activities, ensuring adherence to global standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement compliant processes within LATAM for all MEET activities.
- Oversee compliance checks for exceptions in their area of responsibility.
- Work through any transaction issues or escalations.
- Lead all regionally assigned pre-audit qualifiers and compile materials for audits.
- Implement quality review process for MEET systems to ensure standard controls are functioning as expected.
- Ensure Process and Quality Analysts manage all transactions using MEET standard operating procedures and accurate internal control documentation.
- Work with global lead to set standards for the MAPP transaction review process.
- Implement policy changes as new policies are created.
- Set standards in LATAM for service planning activities.
- Drive a best-in-class experience for healthcare professionals and internal customers in LATAM through improvements to technical and operational aspects of MEET processes.
- Lead detailed review / submission of a monthly audit sampling of My Anti-Corruption Policy and Procedures (MAPP) data / submissions for LATAM to ensure accuracy.
