Global Invoicing Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Invoicing Coordinator to join our team at Hewlett Packard. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of invoicing activities across various accounts, from fleet tracking to implementation and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
- Collaborating with customers to facilitate invoicing and resolving disputes in a timely manner;
- Ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of invoices, including fleet tracking and reporting;
- Closely working with internal teams to resolve customer escalated issues and internal complexities;
- Maintaining strong communication and influencing skills to drive business outcomes;
- Providing exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering against business expectations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Typically 4+ years' experience in a Channel environment, Consumer, or Commercial sector;
- Excellent understanding of MPS e2e operational processes and ability to translate tasks into clear action plans;
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing abilities;
- Good financial acumen, including revenue tracking, missing billing management, and write-off resolution;
- Degree-level education in Business, Communication, or IT.
Preferred Skills:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Fluent English language skills;
- Other languages such as German or French would be an asset;
- Business acumen and ability to understand global business processes;
- Outstanding teamwork, presentation, and analytical skills;
- Familiarity with MS Office, reporting tools, data management, analytics, and project management software.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
