**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Service Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to consumer inquiries, analyzing credit files, and providing expert advice on credit-related matters.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Analyze consumer credit files to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex consumer issues
- Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and updates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English and French (oral and written)
- Strong knowledge of G-suite programs (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
