Inside Sales Engineer I

**Responsibilities**
- Develop quotations based on Emerson, customers, and representative's requirements
- Participate in all aspects of preparing the quotation package and ensure that it is sent to the customer.
This includes the technical, commercial,and competitive strategy appropriate for the selling opportunity
- Follow up on sent proposals to increase sales hit rate for specific customers
- Perform technical review of orders to ensure the processing of correct product(s) and the availability of all the technical requirements and documentation needed by the factory and or customer
- Provide backup and support for internal and external sales personnel/s to maintain good service levels
- Provide consulting support to Order Entry Analystor Order Management when processing an order
- Achieve targets on productivity, service levels,and quality
- Perform other duties as required Requirements
**- Education**:
- For Inside Sales Engineer I:Bachelor'sDegree in engineering
- For Inside Sales Technician I: Currently studying an engineering career, advanced
- Experience: 1 -2 year of sales related customer service experience is preferred
- Solid prioritizing and organizational skills along with being a self-starter
- Has an interest in the mix of technical, customer service, and sales
- Willing to work on flexible shift schedule based on business needs
