**Job Summary**:
Are you a salesperson who enjoys daily interactions with an established client base?
Tech Data is looking for Inside Account Representatives and Sales Supervisors who can deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners.
Also, we are looking for Sales Supervisors who can manages assigned sales territories and day-to-day activities of sales team to meet and exceed all established goals.

**Principal Duties/Responsibilities (Inside Sales Representative)**:

- Formulate account plans
- Note account slippage and create a proactive strategy to gain business
- Engage with partners for quotes/orders and ensure that team enters those quotes/orders successfully
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline to guarantee continual growth
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls to an established client base in order to quote prices and provide product information
- Build influential relationships with our vendor partners and resellers
- Help resellers navigate vendor programs to maximize the profit for both Tech Data and our partners
- Identify and develop business opportunities
- Create business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase Tech Data's sales and profits
- Represent Tech Data professionally in daily interface with internal and external business partners, customers, and supporting departments

**Principal Duties/Responsibilities (Sales Supervisor)**:

- Creates and implements customer specific business plans to uncover new opportunities, increase sales and profits and secure territory growth.
- Communicates constantly with teams to inform them of daily tracking of sales, and important customer and product information.
- Prepares forecasts for monthly and quarterly performance by customer.
- Assigns duties to associate team members to ensure coverage and completion of all relevant tasks.
- Evaluates customer slippage reports to determine on which customers to focus attention.
- Keeps track of each account's credit status to determine accounts needing review or accounts that may run into credit problems and interacts as necessary with Credit department in order to resolve customer credit issues
- Keeps updated profiles on all accounts to anticipate where we can fulfill a need in their respective business plans.
- Participates in vendor-sponsored and Corporate-sponsored training/meetings to attain new and existing product, industry and company knowledge in order to provide better service to customers.
- Establishes consistent and frequent competitive intelligence reports from customers to Sales Manager Human Capital Management and Leadership Hiring, coaching, developing and motivating sales team members.
- Maintains records, performance information and documentation.
- Provide and pursue all necessary and required training (e.g., vendor training) and development for employees.
- Conducts team member performance management including administering Performance Improvement Plans, RoHR, monthly MBO's, attendance and adherence to TD policies and procedures

**Other Duties & Responsibilities**:

- 1+ year of relevant work experience.
