**Drive Revenue Growth as a Sales Leadership Expert**

Smartsheet is seeking a seasoned Sales Leadership Expert to build, manage, and lead a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives serving primarily US-based customers.

Your key responsibilities will include formulating and executing monthly sales plans, managing cross-functional partnerships, and facilitating change within the team. You'll also be responsible for establishing sales objectives by forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue, coaching reps on sales strategy and pipeline management, and managing productivity and quality to meet established goals and standards.

To succeed in this role, you must have 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the technology field or SaaS, and 3+ years of sales management experience. Proven success in building top-performing sales teams, managing complexity, and driving revenue growth are essential. Strong presentation skills, customer relationship and deal management skills, and adaptability are also required.
