**About the Job:**

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Application and Technical Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our US customers.

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with order management queries, including pricing, availability, and delivery
  • Research and analyze data to provide accurate information to customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm EST. You will be required to work on US holidays, which may be different from your local holidays.
