Job Description

The Order Management Specialist I is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer purchase orders and related activities at Emerson Automations Solution Latin America. This role involves proactive communication with customers and close collaboration with inside sales, sales force, and quote to cash functional teams.

Key Functions

  • Process customer purchase orders, uploading and booking relevant information in business systems.
  • Verify customer information for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely delivery and product availability.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to resolve order issues or collect missing information.
  • Analyze system data to inform decisions on order delivery and compliance with customer expectations.
  • Maintain customer information in business systems and databases, ensuring compliance with record retention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, planning, project management, or coordination roles.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
