Funciones del Puesto

**Duties**:
Support customer and agency to implement and follow SOP's
Gather intelligence on customer to define group expectations
Provide track & trace reports to customers based on agreement
Maintain high focus on strengthening relationship with customer
Manage off tender negotiations & filling
Perform Space Management negotiations
Managing Daily & Weekly micro meetings Internal and External Customers
Review Finance Macro statement of account
Incident trouble shoot / Customer notification / shipment delays, malfunctioning, short shipped units
Data Log Management
Tracking and Tracing (in transit and Idle)
Manage Customs invoicing notifications
Perform Quarterly BAF update
Manage COD approval, charges, internal and external communications
Other tasks assigned by management

Requisitos del Puesto

A minimum 2 year experience in shipping or supply chain
Bilingual (English - Spanish) 60-70% knowledge minimum and willingness to improve fluidity
