Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations in response to customer inquiries, adhering to controlled prices, discounts, terms, and conditions.
  • Review customer purchase orders for correct pricing, discounts, terms, conditions, part numbers, and prepare them for order entry.
  • Respond to customer requests for sales order status, expedited emergency shipment of parts and service kits, documentation, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, drawings, and bills of materials.
  • Document customer complaints and returned materials.
  • Assist other departments in resolving problems related to customer sales and service.
