En Encora nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/una Delivery Administrative Assistant con enfoque en Staffing/ Recolocación de Bench interno en Costa Rica, Colombia o Perú
**Perfil**:
- Administrador, psicólogo o relacionados a HR.
- Inglés: intermedio a avanzado (conversacional)
- Experiência en ShareServices
- +2 años de experiência profesional en selección y/o staffing.
Idealmente en proyectos masivos (no excluyente).
- Fundamental: Conocimiento y/o interés en desarrollarse en el sector IT.
- Big Plus: +1 año de experiência en reclutamiento IT.
Reclutador jr con aspiración a manejo de mercado IT
- Conocimientos de empleabilidad: CV, preparación para entrevistas y pre-screening.
- Competencias blandas: Comunicación efectiva, organización y planificación, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
**Funciones**:
- Trabajar de la mano con PMO, Ventas, Delivery para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio, aportando opciones estratégicas para la estructuración de equipos y priorización de internos.
- Completar y actualizar información referente al bench interno de la empresa: perfiles, pre-screenings, costos, feedbacks internos, proyecto donde sale, Business Partner, proyecto donde se reubica, fechas y distribución de clientes.
De manera que se previene incidencias en multiples presentaciones y se tienen los datos de interés del interno.
- Reportar a Dev Manager o PMO la necesidad de capacitar en tecnologías a perfiles planilla difíciles de colocar.
- Escalar demoras de procesos y pocas oportunidades de reubicación hacia Ventas y Delivery para toma de acciones correspondientes.
- Contacto permanente con los internos para entender sus aspiraciones y expectativas sobre futuras asignaciones.
