This role is part of HR - Business Partner Support.
**Reports to**:Junior Human Resources Business Partner

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
- Supporting the documentation of employee records and databases (Employee Files)
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures & best practices.
- Assist with employee relations activities, including conducting research, drafting reports, and participating in meetings.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices through research and participation in professional development activities.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Currently studying Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Insurance Policy expedited by the INS.
- Active student certificate.
- Proficient English level, verbal, and writing.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
