About the Job

The role of an HR intern involves providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

Job Tasks

  • To achieve agreed personal and team targets and objectives.
  • Maintenance of databases and reports.
  • Databases system maintenance.
  • Organization of information for audit purposes.
  • Team participation for engagement and activities.
  • Performance of other administrative tasks as per department needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A technical degree in executive for service centers or advanced student in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent career.
  • English proficiency C1 (90%).
  • Previous experience in a multinational environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and relation-building skills.
  • Positive approach towards people.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Highly creative and able to take initiative.
  • Good communication and detail-oriented skills.
