Job Description:

This role is part of DBS - GBS HR.

The role is responsible for generating reports, dispatching service support requests, payslips, fill out process documentation, and provide support to the payroll team.

  • Reports to: Payroll Team Leader
  • Reporting Level: Junior Management
  • Geographic Scope: Americas
Responsibilities:
  • Comply with the process important metrics
  • Process documentation
  • Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required
  • Analyze and handle situations that may arise, on a daily basis
Requirements:
  • Currrently studying Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields
  • Insurance policy expedited by INS
  • Active student certificate
  • English (Intermediate or Advanced)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel or another database

We offer a work from home option, Monday to Friday schedule, and possibility to extend internship.
