Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Solutions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement Human Resources policies and programs, ensuring alignment with our business strategy. You will also be responsible for promoting a safe and healthy work environment, as well as evaluating employee performance to ensure fairness and equity.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evaluation systems to warrant results consideration for salary revisions or increments.
- Promote a hassle-free, productive, and motivating organization climate, generating needed policies to foster harmony in labor relationships.
- Reviews recommendations for disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring involvement of appropriate personnel prior to action(s).
- Provide counsel and coaching on programs, activities, and projects impacting human resources and productivity.
- Manage annual department plan and budget.
