Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) **Customer Service Analyst
- Stock Allocation** para Costa Rica.
**OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL DEL PUESTO**:
La misión de este rol es optimizar la asignación de inventario en las órdenes de compra, de acuerdo con la priorización de clientes que la empresa determine.
Adicional de velar por mantener los níveles adecuados de existencias para asegurar que los productos estén disponibles para su venta y que no haya faltantes y con esto maximizar las ventas y minimizar los excedentes de inventario.
**RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES**:
- Coordinación con centros de distribución: Planear adecuados y fluidos canales de comunicación con los CEDIs de los paises de NLAO.
- Análisis de ventas y datos: Utilizar datos históricos de ventas y proyecciones.
- Distribución estratégica de stock: Determinar la cantidad de productos que se asignarán a cada cliente de la empresa en función de la parametrización de clientes.
- Optimización de inventario: Buscar formas de reducir los costos de almacenamiento y minimizar las pérdidas por excedentes de stock.
- Liderazgo en la estrategia de gestión de inventario.
- Dar seguimiento al nível de servicio mediante los diferentes reportes disponibles: KPIs de OTIF, Fill rate y Refusals.
- Reabastecimiento: Garantizar que cada SKU tenga suficiente inventario.
- Identificar y resolver problemas relacionados con la distribución de inventario, como desabastecimientos o acumulación de stock.
- Buscar de manera continua mejoras al proceso de Stock Allocation
**REQUERIMIENTOS**:
- Bachillerato en Ingeniería Industrial o administración de Empresas, o carrera afín.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en empresas de consumo masivo, o áreas de supply chain.
- Inglés B2.

- Manejo de SAP
- Manejo de Office
- Dominio avanzado de Excel, Power BI y Power Apps
