The Emerson Customer Support Analyst is a key position that enables the company to provide exceptional services to its customers, ultimately driving business growth and success.
This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues;
- Maintaining accurate records and data in Salesforce and SAP systems;
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure seamless order processing;
- Analyzing customer needs and developing strategic solutions to meet their requirements;
- Building strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and resellers to drive business growth;
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales support and customer service;
- Strong computer and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools;
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs;
