Reporting to the VP of People Business Partners, you will be aligned to Zscaler's Executives Sales and will provide strategic thought leadership on People related programs and decisions for their teams.
**Job Description**:

- The Business Transformation Manager will play a crucial role in driving P&C process excellence by engaging employees to create and execute scalable processes.
This trailblazer is charged with building partnerships with functional leaders to execute strategic projects aimed at increasing better user experience and accelerating results._
**Qualifications**:
- As a project manager, you will work with various business units and functional leaders at the highest levels of the organization to detail current processes, help define new processes and lead transformative projects aimed at achieving the strategic and financial objectives of the business while preparing the business for future._
- You will lead action-planning, project tracking and scheduling to ensure deadlines are met, and drive business transformation efforts that yield high value within the organization._
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _ Bachelor's degree or four years of work experience driving change and transformation in a HR envi_
- _ Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams._
Preferred Qualifications:
- _ Self-starter who takes initiative, and approaches all responsibilities with grit and perseverance to get things done._
- _ Proven record for managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and budget._
- _ Ability to drive results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures._
- _ Track record of handling extremely confidential information appropriately._
- _ Curious and creative professional._
- _ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including strong PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel skills with experience developing materials for executive leadership_
- _ Strong problem solving skills, including data analysis._
- _ Experience as a team lead with proven facilitation skills._
- _ Detail-oriented._
- _ Strong sense of urgency and able to escalate issues appropriately._

The base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 to $190,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
