Main Responsibilities
  • Assist Technical Assistance and Senior Management in driving business decision-making process.
  • Process analysis/design and implementation.
  • Training coordination and metrics reporting.
  • Performance review process coordination.
  • Budgeting reporting as part of plan of record (POR).
  • Ergonomics metrics reporting.

The successful candidate will also be required to develop group presentations and write communications to the organization.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Active student of Licenciatura or Master degree in Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Communication or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros, etc).
  • Willingness to work at least 30 hours per week.
  • Advanced level of English.
