This position will be located in Belen, Heredia as part of our Global Service Center in Costa Rica.
If you are looking for a career in an open, creative, passionate environment and would like to participate in creating something new - apply todayCustomer Account Creator Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Ownership of Customer Master Data for assigned 3M accounts.Provide data governance for updates and accomplish compliance rules.Work closely with other 3M teams to communicate attribute changes.Manage request cycle time within standard service level agreement.Understand the processes and standards in place to effectively and accurately manage data.Understand upstream and downstream implications of customer data changes.Use various websites, including but not limited to DNBi, Dun & Bradstreet internal search tool, Google, Google Maps, etc., to verify customer name and address information.Utilize Salesforce.com for receiving work requests and communicating with Requestors.Able to follow directions & Standard Operating Procedures.Understand and act on team priorities.Constantly communicate status in both verbal and written forms.Understand End to End process and provide recommendations for process improvement.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 1 year of experience in Master DataBusiness level fluency in English is a mustProficient using and working in Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel)Minimum 1 year of experience with Customer Data / Master DataSAP knowledge minimum 1 yearPreferred Qualifications:Salesforce and AS400 experienceCustomer service experienceGood communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to follow documented instructions is highly requiredAbility to analyze and problem solveDetail oriented/accurate and thoroughAbility to articulate/demonstrate complex reasoning skillsSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
