**Job Description**:
Sobre el empleo
Como ejecutivo de servicio Customer Service Issue Management serás responsable de dar atención a clientes.
Tu objetivo principal será generar confianza a los clientes en términos de la calidad de la información recibida.
Esto a través de comunicación oportuna de cambios, análisis de cobertura, explicaciones metodológicas e identificación y seguimiento de potenciales problemas de calidad.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Comunicación continua con el cliente para aplicación de cambios
- Análisis de cobertura, interpretación de resultados, presentación con cliente y seguimiento a acciones detonadas por dicho análisis.
- Gestión de Client Inquiries: filtrado, alta, seguimiento, revisión, comunicación.
- Gestión de Client Orders para factibilidades: filtrado, alta, seguimiento, revisión, comunicación.
- Proporcionar entrenamientos a los clientes sobre metodologías NielsenIQ y cálculo de variables.
- Impulso del uso de la tecnología.

Una persona con habilidades de análisis de información enfocada en resolución de problemas y entendimiento de alcances y limitaciones de las metodologías NielsenIQ.
Saber priorizar y dimensionar los problemas es clave para el éxito.
Requerimientos
- Estudios: Licenciatura terminada en Marketing, Ingeniería, Actuaría o afines.
- Deseable experiência en empresas relacionadas a la investigación de mercados, Retailers o Fabricantes de consumo masivo, puede ser en forma de prácticas profesionales o programas de becario.
- Skills necesarios: análisis y facilidad numérica, comunicación efectiva, creatividad, organización y priorización, gusto por el relacionamiento con el cliente.
