Job summary

As a member of Amazon’s Screening Services team, the Sr. Administrator will support and impact business processes and controls for Specialty Programs including Trusted Position and AWS Customer Required Background Check. They will be part of a team that collaborates with a variety of stakeholders including Recruitment, HR Risk and Compliance, Contract Legal and Engagement Managers of the various business units they support.

This role may require some onsite commitment and can be based out of: Arlington, VA, Boston, MA, Dallas, TX, Irvine, TX, New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, Chicago, IL, Houston, TX.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage intake requests and communication related background checks for both programs
- Order, Monitor, and Adjudicate Background Checks for both programs
- Execute attestations and/or communicate the completion of checks to stakeholders
- Flag risk or delays related to background checks
- Support with resource documents and background check package build
- Recruiter management
- Run weekly audits and reports as needed
- Maintain metrics and program dashboards. Collaborate with Business Analysts where/when appropriate.
- Identifies and collaborates with the program for operational improvements

- 3+ years as HR Generalist in a corporate environment - 2+ years contact center experience in a corporate environment - Proven ability to identify process defects, make recommendations for process improvements, and implement process improvements - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards. - Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment - Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary - sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.
