ACERCA DE LA VACANTE

Funciones del Puesto

Soporte a los clientes en redes y en diferentes sistemas y soporte IT con el servicio que se brinda de fibra óptica.

Soporte a nível CISCO en averías presentadas con el servicio tanto a clientes corporativos como residenciales.

Atender consultas y dar soporte a través de llamadas, chat y correo tanto en español como en inglés, los clientes en ingles son muy pocos pero si se atienden llamadas en el idioma.

Brindar soporte en configuración de software en ciertas ocasiones que se amerite y que los compañeros de instalaciones necesiten colaboración.

Requisitos del Puesto

Experiência mínima de 2 años en soporte técnico en redes y sistemas.

Bachiller en educación media.

Indispensable conocimiento en telecomunicaciones.

Deseable experiência en call center.

Conocimiento en todo el paquete de Microsoft Office.

Nível de inglés 80%

Disponibilidad para trabajar en la zona de Rio Segundo de Alajuela.

Experiência Deseada

Experiência mínima de 2 años en soporte técnico en redes y sistemas.

Bachiller en educación media.

Indispensable conocimiento en telecomunicaciones.

Deseable experiência en call center.

Conocimiento en todo el paquete de Microsoft Office.

Nível de inglés 80%

Disponibilidad para trabajar en la zona de Rio Segundo de Alajuela.
