Here, you'll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In your Executive Assistant LAO Tax, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.Reporting to the Sr.
Director LAO Tax, the Executive Assistant provides assistance and support to ensure efficient operation of the LAO Tax team through the execution of different daily tasks of the area, providing quality service to internal and external customers, based on the Company's policies in order to contribute to the fulfillment of objectives of the area and of the organization.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Management of agenda, coordination and logistics of meetings, calls and related.
- Management and monitoring of the team's internal Scorecard to ensure timely compliance with the different mandatory training sessions or closure of important processes that take place during the year (Objectives, FDP, Mid year review final year review)
- Prepare, control and monitoring of the team budget, monthly review to identify anomalies, create reports and consolidate information regarding to this when requested.
- Provide support in the process of preparing presentations for Internal Control, Vice Presidents, 1x1 sessions with directors and senior managers of finance and legal, Internal Team Meetings.
- Classification and control of Corporate Card expenses.
- CM and Board travel support when required (travel requests, hotel reservations, transportation, security).
- Maintain order and control of signatures for documents with legal validity that the director has as legal representative.
- Provide support to the Tax Risk Manager in the control and monitoring of changes in laws that may positively or negatively impact the region.
- Send correspondence abroad DHL system or internally with the signatures that require it.
- Entry and tracking of order requisitions in SAP / ARIBA.
- Request office supplies when necessary.
- Yammer and mail administration of the team, birthday publications, work anniversaries and important announcements for the region as part of an engagement plan.

You also possess:
- 2+ years of experience as executive assistant or similar roles
Advance English level
- Enthusiastic, positive energy, resilient and able to manage stressful situations
- Excellent customer focus and teamwork oriented
- Leadership, influencing and problemsolving skills
- Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proven Communication skills to manage Presentations, Scorecards and other critical Area Report
- Bachelor's Degree in a related area
- Proficient managing MS Office tools
- Knowledge of SAP
