Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda del puesto
IT Service Desk Agent para ser parte del equipo de soporte de Latinoamérica.


Funciones

  • Responsable del proceso "end to end" para la solución de problemas y necesidades de usuarios.
  • Atender ya sea por teléfono, correo electrónico o chats a los clientes internos.
  • Soporte en aplicaciones corporativas de la empresa tanto móviles como de escritorio
  • Identificar áreas de oportunidad, innovación y mejora continua.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante avanzado en carreras de ingeniería en sistemas, informática, software, redes, programación o afines.
  • 1+ años de experiência previa en roles similares como soporte técnico o call center técnico.
  • Manejo intermedioavanzado de inglés y portugués (portugués deseable)
  • Conocimiento en sistemas operativos, office 365 y aplicaciones móviles.
  • Experiência trabajando con sistemas de documentación de incidentes (tickets) y categorización según urgencia (Service Now por ejemplo)
  • Alta capacidad de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
  • Habilidades analíticas y de trabajo en equipo.
