Inside Sales I representative is responsible for quotations, order entry, customer service and the coordination of information between the company and the customer.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Prepare quotations in response to customer inquiries, in accordance with controlled prices, discounts, terms and conditions and sales policies and procedures.
- Review customer purchase orders for correct pricing, discounts, terms and conditions, part numbers and prepare for order entry.
- Respond to all customer requests for sales order status, expedited emergency shipment of parts and service kits, Documentation, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, and bills of materials.
- Document customer complaints.
- Document returned materials.
- Assist other departments in resolving problems related to customer sales and service.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Associate degree/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Previous work experience in a technical environment strongly preferred, including internship or co-op assignments.
- Proven, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- English Level B1 or above
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Proficient with MRP, preferably Oracle
