**Job Details**

**OBJETIVO DEL CARGO**:

- El Inside Sales es un perfil comercial de apoyo a las ventas que se caracteriza porque no se desplaza de la oficina. Este perfil suele generar presupuesto de PSA, partes y L&M derivados por el área comercial. Lleva a cabo la atención del lead por vías telefónicas, y salesforce. Hace seguimiento a las oportunidades de Salesforce del área comercial según se defina.

**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES**:

- Responsable de seguimiento a las oportunidades en la herramienta Salesforce con cada vendedor y mantener actualizado cada oportunidad, reportando al área comercial las actualizaciones que se requieran, a fin de poder asegurar el cierre de oportunidades de venta.
- Elabora Informes de seguimiento de oportunidades de Salesforce y los comparte al equipo Comercial para el seguimiento respectivo.
- Elabora presupuestos de partes y mano de obra referidos por el área comercial para atención de los Clientes. Hace el seguimiento respectivo de la oportunidad.
- Presta soporte al área Comercial en la documentación requerida por los Clientes en actualización y homologación de proveedores.
- Prestar el soporte requerido a cuentas por cobrar en disputas como soporte para la cobranza de las facturas.
- Prestar soporte a Ventas en las gestiones de crédito a clientes, creación de clientes, creación de proveedores, entre otros.

**SEGURIDAD**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Participar en las charlas de seguridad (safety toolbox) establecidas.
- Cumplir con todas las reglas, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de JCI.
- Informar inmediatamente a su superior inmediato y al Representante local de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, todos los accidentes, lesiones o enfermedades ocurridas en el lugar de trabajo, independientemente de la gravedad que presenten.

**Funciones**:

- Cumplir con los procedimientos y reglas de seguridad indicadas en el Reglamento Interno de SST, Manual de Seguridad del empleado, así como lo indicado en la Política Corporativa de Seguridad, Política de Cese de Trabajo y en la Política de Tolerancia Cero.
- Incentivar a través de su participación, el cumplimiento de los estándares de las actividades programadas en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y efectuar las correcciones que resulten necesarias.
- Participar en las capacitaciones de SST programadas
- Reportar incidentes/accidentes, Reportar acciones correctivas/ preventivas.
- Participar en los simulacros programados.

**Requerimientos del Cargo**:
**Educación**:

- Ingeniera Mecánico y/o Electrónico o carreras afines.
- Microsoft Office nível intermedio

**Habilidades**:

- Comunicación
- Capacidad de solución de problemas
- Trabajo en equipo
- Orientación al cumplimiento de los resultados
- Proactividad

**Experiência y/o Conocimiento**:

- Experiência mínima de 2 a 5 años en posiciones similares con Perfil Comercial, en soluciones de HVAC (Chiller ) y soluciones de Seguridad electrónica ( CCTV, CONTROL DE CCESO, DETECCIÓN DE INCENDIO Y BMS)
