Key Account Manager

**Funciones del Puesto**:
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
- Comprender las necesidades y los objetivos de los clientes, y colaborar con ellos en la identificación y entrega de soluciones adecuadas.
- Elaborar planes estratégicos de las cuentas.
- Seguimiento de las redes.
- Identificar oportunidades de ventas adicionales y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas para cerrar nuevos negocios.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias y los avances en el campo de las redes y las telecomunicaciones.
- Participar en reuniones y presentaciones con el departamento, demostrando un profundo conocimiento técnico y habilidades de comunicación efectivas.
- Proporcionar retroalimentación a los equipos internos sobre las necesidades y los comentarios de los clientes, contribuyendo al desarrollo de productos y servicios.
**Requisitos mínimos**:
- Experiência previa como KAM, o en un puesto similar, en el sector de las redes o las telecomunicaciones.
- Conocimiento sólido de redes sociales y creaciones de contenido.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas.
- Orientación al logro de objetivos y capacidad para desarrollar planes estratégicos de las cuentas.
- Trabajo en equipo y capacidad para colaborar con diferentes departamentos internos.
